Yes. You can apply for a PAN Card reprint using your existing PAN number. JD Smart-Sevai handles the reprint request and tracks delivery to your address.

An address change on your Voter ID is handled through Form 8. You need to provide updated address proof. The application may also shift your polling booth to the new constituency.
